Exciting
news! We have a new safety incentive and
it involves not only our employees but family members as well!
From
now through June 2014, we’ll be hosting safety sessions on various topics, (see
attached schedule), that deal with keeping employees and their loved ones safe.
For instance, if you have teenage drivers at home, the SafeStart On The Road
DVD will help protect them while they drive.
Or the Hurt At Home DVD will help you talk with your family about their
minor incidents and injuries in a positive way to help them avoid the
line-of-fire.
Family
members will be able to participate by helping employees compete in the various
contests, (like the Coloring contest or Distracted Driver Awareness contest), -
for prizes!
We encourage all family members to watch the DVDs at home as well (so they have
a better chance with the contests).
For
each session that employees attend or each contest that family members
participate in, employees will earn Coke tokens! (Note: employees may earn one
token per session or contest.) Employees
can then use their Coke tokens to take a chance on prizes with games like Roll
the Dice or Turn the Cards at our June SafeStart employee luncheon.
In
addition, from April through June 2014, employees will earn one Coke token per each
month that they go without a recordable injury or chargeable accident. Employees that have earned 11 or more tokens during
the incentive may take a chance at winning the Grand Prize of a $500 gift card.

GOAL: Encourage employees, family members to
keep their eyes & mind on task to avoid the line-of-fire
PROGRAM: Employees* earn a Phantom Coke Token each
month that they go without a recordable injury or chargeable accident,
(forklift, vehicle, property damage, etc.).
